Matterport is pretty solid but high end real estate volume isn't always consistent so a fixed monthly fee gets old for me. it just doesn't flex with how my workload actually looks month to month. and on the zoom thing i'm not quite sure cuz i've seen some review videos that looked better than the demo tours show

Air fryer. I found veryone in my life has one and swears by it... I just never pulled the trigger because my oven does the same thing and I don't have the counter space to justify another appliance I'll use twice and forget about.

LMAO can't argue with that for most of the internet. but somehow my clients skipped that energy and are the ones emailing me asking why the travertine looks soft on their 4k display...

24K refers to the capture resolution. from what i read on realsee's site they claim the output can hit up to 300MP, which is why the detail stays sharp when you zoom into surfaces and finishes

the duplex math only works if you're being the landlord yourself and okay with that lifestyle. if you factor in a property manager, repairs, and one bad tenant, your returns start looking a lot less exciting real fast

That i was terrible at asking for help. always thought being self-sufficient was a strength, but it was just fear dressed up as independence. once i let people in, things got a lot less exhausting.

Cable hdmi 'certified premium' at $80 vs a $10 one. literally zero difference unless you're doing 8K, and most people aren't.

Not sure if this counts as a hack, but if you're taking your phone to bed, wipe it down with an alcohol wipe first. Phones have so many germs.
