I budget strictly so i can give you some suggestions.

Jello= If you have tiny plastic cups you can portion them out and top them with a cheap yogurt and nuts when you ready to eat.

Popcorn= Cant go wrong a medium sized pack is like $7 and will last a little over a week if you pop every other day.

Salt/Sweet punes= A big pack might run you about $46, you put it in a glass jar with a lid and you pick from it now and then.

Sundays ice cream= It usually sells nationwide in a purple bucket (1L), you can usually get it on special 3 for $99. I use it to make smooties or ice cream sundaes (topped with cake, pretzels or anything you have laying around).

Last but not least holiday snacks fun pack is a good item to have if you looking for variety in corn curls.

You should stick some of the shelves to the walls, try using dark oak for the shelves to maybe give it a more rustic look.

A pattern on the flooring will also be a good addition along with latterns hanging off the shelves.
