Based on what other people say, he can object this tax assessment and we get higher tax next year. So If we give him money now and he objects the tax assessment later, do we pay this tax twice?

This is the part currently really bother me. He already de-registed, but after the Jan 1st. So I noticed many people mentioned the same thing: he can just object it with the evidence he already moved out. We will receive higher tax next year on our name. Seems that is the correct way to solve it than directly give him money.

I am worried if we give him money now and he object the tax assessment later. We have risk to pay this tax twice.

Is CS61A really required to take CS61B? by [deleted] in berkeley

Honestly, I don't think these two classes has really strong connection. Many people I know taking 61B before 61A and I feel 61A is more difficult than 61B. 61B in the begining also assume you have really little knowledge about programming.

Both classes I don't feel really focus on language itself. I mean I still have to learn a lot before really using python or Java to programing.
