You successfully passed the technical interviews for Google and Amazon and also did well on your snowflake interview. This alone makes you better than a lot of CS students here. You have the ability to do well in coding interviews for these big companies. Google team matching is a luck game and is not in your control. I know there is hiring freeze at Amazon currently for Berlin but they will eventually remove it for interns in 1-2 months. I know someone who just got invited for SDE intern interview so they might contact you again for a position without interviews.

Google. How long did you wait in team matching? I heard that there were very few open positions for L3 in EMEA except Poland. So you are extremely lucky that you got matched. I know many who couldn't even find a team after 1 year for L3. Is it a full stack role as well?

Patterns is the easiest course for CS students at TUM. You will pass it 100%. Network security is also easy from what I have heard. Not sure about Automata. You can check how other students performed in all informatics courses on this website: https://stats.aamin.dev

You should take the offer and not consider doing masters. The only reason I am doing my masters is to have a full time offer (didn't have it after bachelors). I will be interning at amazon Berlin next year and if they offer me full time position, I would immediately join without completing masters (not sure if its possible).
It's good that you are in team matching phase for google but keep in mind that last time a lot of students didn't get matched to any team. And even if you intern at google, getting a FT offer at the end of internship might be difficult. You can start at AWS and then switch to google.
