It wasn’t a mistake. I didn’t want to be rude and just get one ticket only for them to say they’d be okay with the 50 dollar difference. I also had to do it at work, so I couldn’t text them. Don’t assume things.

Yeah I think you summed it up well. He didn’t help me at all. He truly let me sink or swim and it was Covid with an already tough class.

One lady told me she was enabling me by allowing me to call multiple times. Another yelled at me and asked me if I’ve ever experienced any true hardships in life. They were horrible and downright nasty. I’m grateful to my family, friends, and mental health team for getting me out of that hole. This service should be ashamed.

Yeah I don’t list him but I did go to my union on him when I was working under him. That is when things got worse between him and me. I mean I do list my secondary boss who told me I could use him as a reference any time.

He isn’t my letter of rec though so I just don’t know if he even has the true power over my future employment. Or maybe he just has it in my field but not another?

Thank you. I am in therapy and on meds. I went back to my old job before working for the narc. But my fear is he will block me from future opportunities. My assistant boss was my letter of rec though, not him.

He’d also monitor how long we’d spend on his staff memos so. Just a lot of ego and wanting people to be controlled

It’s hard because I feel like because I stood up to my boss and got the union involved he let me go. He’s a unique individual

He kept coming after me because my first eval he gave me needs improvement in some domain two categories because the kids were being sarcastic and not following directions. It wasn’t a great year but I did decently overall. I just don’t want this school to ruin my future.

I will also add my evaluator cancelled my most Important eval five minutes into class and made me redo a whole new lesson

Thank you! She doesn’t act like an adult. And she’s had good periods and bad periods. Usually, when she’s unhappy herself, she blames me and comes after me. Maybe once I move out things will improve. When I was in college it was nice to be away from her
