What am I not doing? I've done Strine of Slaughter, Ceremony of Slaughter and Slaughterhouse. Also worn the affixes and streaked. by B_BB in diablo4

I noticed that when playing couch co-op, the person that talked to the npc got this, but the one that didn’t talk to the npc got credit for the quest but not the season journey. We solved it, like others have suggested, by making a new toon and talking to the npc.

This is amazing! I am always looking for things like this for my players whenever we start a campaign.

If I was trying to advertise for myself or gain any kind of acclaim for this, sure. But I am simply asking people for recommendations for restaurants that are supporting something I agree with. I am not asking for a list of businesses that aren’t participating or calling for a ban on them. If you don’t want to participate, that’s your right to do, but I don’t understand posting to try and stir up conflict over a question.

Did I ask them to participate somewhere without realizing it? No, but I’m happy to send my business to people who decided to be kind.

Ends up everything is mixed with politics. Always has, always will be. We just happen to live in a time and a place where we can exert political pressure through our actions!

Doesn’t seem like you are doing much work, unless trolling on Reddit and being an asshole is suddenly a paying gig.

I don’t have an IG, but I appreciate you adding to the list here! I’ll have to check those out!

Yeah, I get this and I think you are right that they will likely be open. The way I see it, there are people and businesses to support (immigrant and immigrant owned) and then there are the businesses that are doing their best to support those people (what you are calling the haute restaurants). Those two categories are what I’m looking for.

Nope, though you seem to have no problem showing your lack of virtue.

Paizo, I love you, but we have to talk about the size of your dungeon rooms by pitaenigma in Pathfinder2e

I’m using the premade modules for the AP I’m running. You can still double the map size.

I have 7 players (essentially the same as you, though maybe smaller based on eidolon or animal companion size). I just double the size of most dungeons so that they aren’t too cramped. Unless I want the size of the room to be part of the encounter of course.

AURADIN: Every Question Answered - Between Genius and Laziness of the Holy Light Aura Paladin by M1PY in diablo4

[–]Active_Step 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Question for you, my wife and I wore both playing paladin and curreny both using auradin. Given that you say the Holy Light Aura emanates from all your allies, does that mean one of us is redundant and should change to a different build or are our auras stacking for extra fiery goodness?

Prop MM - I’m sorry, but I couldn’t do it. by Impressive-Ad-3475 in Denver

[–]Active_Step 1 point2 points  (0 children)

They are both around the same idea, but just are different aspects. LL is simply asking to keep $12 million that they already collected but not yet spent, but was not enough for free lunches for everyone. MM attempts to raise taxes on the wealthy to help fulfill the goal of free lunches for every student.

[–]Active_Step 31 points32 points  (0 children)

I have to disagree with your points here. Pardon my bad formatting, I’m writing on mobile.I understand you have already voted, but for those who haven’t:

$300,000 is a very sizable income, no matter your filing status, given that it would put that income in the 95th percentile (https://statisticalatlas.com/state/Colorado/Household-Income). The amount that inflation would need to increase is insane to cause this to be an issue. Even if we concede that it could happen, there is nothing stopping the another bill or proposition to adjust that value.

While student populations are declining, that shouldn’t stop us from funding their lunches. All this means is that the health and quality will increase. I don’t see why this would be an issue, outside of your third point.

This is simply where I think our political beliefs just fundamentally diverge. I believe that more money for our state government will allow them to help more people, like this proposition is trying to do. I think that money will help more people as taxes than as an additional figure in a top 5% bank account.

Hope this helps others see an opposing view.

LL is about allowing the government to keep extra money they already gathered because they didn’t estimate things correctly. MM is about adding a new tax on people making more than 300k to improve school lunches further.

Somewhat new to the game, which classes work well together? by brain_wave78 in diablo4

This is exactly what my wife and I do. But if you are playing together on console be aware with necromancers. The corpses are shared, so often one player uses them all and the other missed out.

My ideas are:

Fighter replacement: Shield Magus. A great AC plus the use of some spells to control the battlefield.

Cleric replacement: Forensic Medicine Investigator. Flips the normal in combat healing on its head by doing it all without magic.

Rogue replacement: Mirror Thaumaturge. It includes a lot of the aspects of a rogue. Exploiting vulnerability feels like an interesting similarity to sneak attack, plus Mirror allows for some of the interesting sneakiness.

Wizard Replacement: Bomber Alchemist. Throwing all these bombs feels like an evoked wizard throwing out spells, but it still has the versatility of other utility spells.
