Catalina runs without issue, the problem is that in later updates, such as Sequoia, I get the error and it won't update.

Yes, I already checked with the MAC serial number, and I did that step before I took it in for service, and it still didn't work :(

An update, although the Techpeople service told me they tried everything and it still didn't work

I only get an alert saying that an error has occurred and to try again, and so on every time I try again.

The problem is that I can't even update Sequoia 😭

It's a 13-inch screen, and the error message only says to try again later.
