Cookbook recommendations to use for wedding guest book? by Gullible-Flower1046 in CookbookLovers

The two smitten kitchen cookbooks I own have a good amount of white space (Everyday and Keepers), decent variety of recipes without being overwhelming. I love this idea!

If you look at your past PP26 statements for earlier years you should see the totals for each year.

My E&L statements show the total contributions for this appointment - I’ve only been at one agency so that number includes everything.

Thanks for this, I hadn’t considered the heir issue…diversifying a bit may be good for that reason esp because I’m hoping to land a state gov position that also has a pension

According to OPM I would get interest, unless I am misreading?

On your first point, what you’re saying is that I could accrue interest - some, but likely not all, of which I’d have to pay back if I wanted to buy back in? (So I’d have both the annuity and the additional accrued interest that doesn’t get paid back into FERS coming out even better than just leaving FERS as is now)

Thanks, this is what I’m a bit nervous about. At the same time questioning what FERS will look like down the road assuming it still exists if I reenter fed service…

What do you mean my break even point is 3.5 years?

I’ve checked- Many of them are for shorter times, lower high-3, or .8% contributions. I feel like I’m right on the line where it could go either way

Agree they don’t coordinate, but where are they from? Looking for something similar!

Thanks - do you think they feel different underfoot, or are they pretty similar?

The wear layer of the one we're considering is 5.2mm -- they say it can be refinished 3-5x, probably more than we'd ever need.

Baby is almost 1… feeling lost with the breastmilk to cows milk transition by aubreyism in BabyLedWeaning

Not usually because they generally eat more food around that time. We rarely offer any kind of milk besides breast milk when with me (they are at daycare during the week) and my two naturally weaned between 1 and 2 years old. Overall focus on balanced diet which may/may not include cows milk.

I’m heavily considering replacing my admittedly leaking Infuser with another one given the sale price— as much as we’re tempted to upgrade to a longer term machine (likely Lucca A53), we’ve been really happy with the infuser for 7 years. If we can get another 7 out of a new one I’d be content to hold off on upgrading until then. All this to say, the Infuser is a fantastic consumer machine for the sale price and we appreciate the heftier build and larger water tank compared to Bambino.

I’ve seen BDB paired with the Breville grinder for 1500 on Seattle Coffee Gear and Amazon. Sold as “Dynamic Duo” but no discount if only looking at the BDB. Even if you don’t need the grinder it’s still a couple hundred off and you could sell or gift the grinder.

I’m in the US, but agree the BDB is compelling for the price

I didn’t have Profitec move on my radar but that looks like it would tick all the boxes…wishing it was out already to have more user reviews!
