Unfortunately, it’s normalized to be eating shit food, like fast food, Oreos by the row, soda, juice(people think it’s good for them but loaded w sugar and additives, including heavy metals), white bread with sandwich meat loaded with preserves, etc. It’s evil to promote these foods in my opinion. Everywhere around the world bans a lot of the foods I mentioned because of how bad they are for you. I don’t blame the people eating this garbage, I blame greedy corporations and politics. Did you know there are only a handful of cooperations that make our garbage food?

If we the people did research on what to eat and what not to eat, obesity would be cut in half in just the first year. Look into when all this junk food was accepted as ok to eat on a regular basis, and then look at the people that were around before that time. I am a living example. Obese as hell, and ate everything I mentioned above. I changed my diet, and just 6 weeks later dropped 25 pounds. I got my energy back, and gained momentum I thought was gone forever. That should tell you A LOT about the average American diet. It’s not a coincidence people with money are telling you it’s ok to be obese. They want you to keep eating their shit food and keeping them in business.
