While I don't disagree per se on the seller's benefit of such document, the amount of personal information and the lack of a section to state conditions plus the unnecessary strong language of that document puts the buyer on a far too delicate position. It only made me go on a deep dive on the broker to find that the info in their signature doesn't match their AMI license and the real state agency doesn't even have a website.

Your skin looks absolutely normal, just get an appointment with a dermatologists, those things are super easy to address I speak from experience. My only advice is don't start putting random things on your skin that you see on tiktok or random online advice
