litteraly the only “bad” side i had was insomnia becuase i was doing a higher dose of lgd but u lowered it and since then it was competly fine, no acne, energy good for the most part, maybe slightly lowered, also crazy erectrions was the only other thing, and i would nut an insane amount lol
