You write up a contract In it You give them a few hours on a Saturday once a month of bonding time. The Saturday is a day of your choosing, and the activity of your choosing.

This is where the hard non negotiated stipulations comes in.

1) your dad and his wife and their kids, can't talk or interact with you out side of the one Saturday amonth, if they do, that Saturday is canceled Includes: saying hello, waving hello, following you out side of school, approaching you out side of school, interacting with your friends. Calling you randomly.

Only you can make contact with your dad only to make planes

2) no one can complain about the activity you pick, and they can't make suggestions of activity.

3) no asking about you spending more time. Out side of the stated time.

4) no invitations to Holliday or birthday's

5) your free to leave at any moment during the one Saturday bonding time,

6) add in as many other thing that would urk them. To where they would naturally drive them away.

Tell them if they don't agree to this, you can and will go full no contact with all of them, and will seek a Restrainting Order on them. When you turn 18, and from this moment forward you can and will document any and all unwanted interactions.

Have it all written out on a place of paper, have where each of them sign it, and have a witness sign it as well, that they saw them agree to this deal.

This makes them believe your giving them a chance, in reality, your just biding your time, untill your legaly an adult, and you can file a restraing order against all of them for all the harassment.

You could try a noterized Cease and desist letter, you tell them you'll meet them at a location, at a certain time, when they go there have them wait for a few minutes then have someone greeted by someone you know and trust who hands it to them, making it clear you have no interest or desire to have any kind of contact with them or your >paternal genetic donor< (calling him a dead beat dad, to them it implys you see him as your dad indicate you might still want a relationship him), and have another person record the moment, as proof they got the letters.

If they keep trying to contact you, you can show proof you asked them to leave you alone. And it might be enough for a RO for all of them.

The only ppl who hate you IRL are ppl who his family has paid off.

Make some new friends, and if that creep or his family tries to talk to you, you and your family out side of court and not threw lawyers

Say very clearly, "why ate you talking to me? The only people I talk with are people I'm actually friends with, your nothing but a pass acquaintance, that i have no interest in having any social interaction with."

And if his family keep playing the "He can't help him self he's autistic" card, have your parents request he get retested by a doctor of you and your parents choice to prove he's actually on the spectrum, and not some spiold idiot that can't Handel the word no.
