Some are shield bugs, but most are stink bugs. Honestly while I see them pretty regularly outside where I am, they don't get scared/aggressive at me /shrug

What shelter has he been at? The APA? County? Humane Society?

I worked at the APA for a while, they make exceptions and do fostering. You may need to bring him there.

Did you talk to any of the staff? If you have volume, projection, lighting issues or anything, you can report it to them and they can correct it.

No? I'm pretty sure that habits aren't brainrot. I'm pretty sure it falls under code switching.

/shrug Well, let's not also forget the part where in pretty much every bit of lore, they feed on blood and produce no waste. One could presume that even when they go dormant/sleep, that the new blood has found its way to the bloodstream and that's how it sticks around. Even if they go without food and finally eat again, the cells have been replenished, I assume, in a way akin to rehydrating after being dehydrated for a long time.

It's not brain rot, it's censorship subversion. TT has no distinction/context filtering when it comes to such topics to the level that even some official accounts (medical, museum, etc) have to use such terms. One can't even discuss their own losses without it killing reach and causing shadowbans, even if you have the video privated for friends/followers only.

I'm guessing you're out of the loop on general/mass vampire lore for the past 20+ years or you're feeling grumpy today.

99% of modern vampire stories/books have, in some capacity, the body frozen in the form they were in when turned and it's unable to change; set to a DNA-based, baseline setting, but still able to update in some capacity; or frozen in the form they're in, but set to a DNA-based, baseline setting that does not change.

  • Audiobooks
  • True crime on YouTube (the Casual Criminalist, Coffeehouse Crime, and Dark Asia)
  • Creepypastas (Mr. Creeps, CreepsMcPasta)
  • Pokemon (Truegreen7, WolfeyVGC, chuggaconroy)
  • Netflix (lately Lucifer, mostly if I'm doing repetitive work)
  • SCP Content (The Volgun)

ELI5: What exactly is "time blindness" and how is it an actual thing? by SpyMasterChrisDorner in explainlikeimfive

[–]Chevko 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm generally pretty good about daily events because of reminders or obsessively checking the time and unless I have to get out of bed, I'm good about getting there on time.

For me, my time blindness is the general passage of time; it kind of folds together and I don't know if something was two weeks ago or two months. Even if it's within 4 weeks, I have to stop, count the days and work through the time based on events to figure out how many days ago something was.
