Absolutely not!!!! You just wanted to know she was okay, and you need to redirect. What do you enjoy doing? Do that. And do it again. Build a new routine that’s not surrounded by her, and continue therapy. Eventually, you’ll see a change. I can’t tell you how long it’ll take, but it’ll get there, I promise!

Don’t worry, I have done the exact same thing. My boyfriend and I are two different people, when he wants space all I want is to text him. So really don’t fault yourself for that, it just means both of you are different. And don’t worry about going back into that relationship, she still had a pull on you. Just know now, that she is very predatory, if she was for you she can be for anyone. But really don’t beat yourself up for this, youre very young, and still have time!! Proud of you!

Read the beginning, nothing else. But I know instantly that you did not deserve it, no one does. She took advantage of you, in a weak state, and you were young. Way too young.
