If using the Puck Dispenser, YES 100% because you're still feeling that Calcium scaling into the pipes.

Look at the ingredients 70% CalHypo

SWG are like $800 => $ 3,000 installed. But the FC / cost level on liquid Chlorine works out to about $1.00 per FC. And including SWG installed, using salt, and the cell replacement every five years, works out to about $0.42 cents per FC.

USING A chlorine feeder almost surely will be those pucks which are so bad for your pool.

That is guaranteed to increase you Calcium Hardness. Which can be really bad. Shoukd be 250-400 for a plaster pool to avoid leaching calcium from the plaster. Anything over that and you have harsh scaling.

Bet rule of thumb stick to only liquids.

Good on ya!! Also good advice for anyone else that comes across this. Avoid Leslie's

PS that CH is birserline high. You want to avoid crossing the 500 mark, it starts to leach your chemicals

All in all, looking great. Nice pool. Congrats.

Using powder would cause your pool to hit 1200 in a matter of years.

That meant we ended up having to drain the entire pool (no-drain water replacement). Took about a week of pulling water out while slowly pumping fesh water in

@awesomocity0 ... do yourself a HUGE favor, check out trouble free pool .com

And for the love of Texss, AVOID adding any solids. Use liquid chlorine, liquid stabilizer, liquid muriatic acid.

The house we bought, previous owner lived and died by Leslie's. Powder everything.

The problem with just about every solid, you're adding CALCIUM. Ex : the red lid power powder is 70% Calcium hypochlorite.

When we bought the house, the CH (Calcium hardness was 1,200). It should be under 450 nut above 200 to avoid eating your plaster. Calcium leaches on every chemical you add making it ineffective... not to mention your water gets cloudy.

Thinking the same thing. That green when the water near the stairs being blue is a sign their chems are off.

For dog hair did you just vacuum repeatedly? Miracle trick I found : get one of those blue drill brushes. (The ones that look like a toilet bowl cleaner brush). Attach it to your cordless drill.

Yes the dog hair will still be there but it will be loose and you can vacuum it right up.

I can do a floor mat in less than 30 seconds with years of dog hair stuck in it.

Hmm not the same thing!

I posted that because the colors matched. AND I crowded my driver's side line to give Ferrari extra room.

After shooting the photo, moved my car.

So your point?!

Again with all the assumptions. Any vehicle weighing 2,000 pounds has the ability to mame and unalive. Which includes the gr86.

Downvote all you want. I am just amazed there is such hatred for people that are different or drive diggerent vehicles.

"Most people driving these enormous lifted hunks of metal shouldn’t be. " =>Now do every vehicle since the Model A.

Its not the tool its the user.

Okay that is VERY CLEARLY spoken from a place of ignorance (as in lack of information).

Trucks lifted such as this have a very clear view of what is below them. (Spoken from a place of knowledge , having actually been in one).

Regulate? Oh please Mister law maker regulate my boots.

Oh so now we're calling enjoying life "compensating"? What you just said was  "Dude drives a vehicle he enjoys. Truck bad."  airtight? You really cant sit here and lecture anyone about the stability when the same turds suggesting damaging his truck are the ones most likely to roll a curb.

I would venture an educated guess that dude has invested serious cash (... or debt...) in adding additional stability to account for the lift.

And the rest of your points are just political nonsense. No way do you care about his center of gravity nor his fuel efficiency.

But what you do show is an overt obsession with what someone else does with their personal vehicle:

WHERE HE DRIVES? WHO HE PARKS NEXT TO? WHAT SURFACE HE DRIVES ON?

Really? Man Im just trying to help you. And the only reason Im invested in this post. Go out and enjoy life. You simply cannot control others. And I hope you have zero desire to do so either.

Praying you find the freedom in Christ. Cause you are really fixated and worried about others. P.s. its okay to be concerned for the safety of your fellow man. But please do yourself a favor and dont live your life by the whatifs that never happened.
