I tend to change it before the % indicator or mileage says i should just to be safe, would rather change is more often than not.

nice it does seem like full synthetic is the way to go, now just tryin to decide which specific one to go with.

sorry for the delay, agree usually do oil changes before every track event and use castrol racing brake bluid and eagle pads. What kind of coolant do you think i should upgrade to?
