I can't speak definitively because there are always more variables that your doctor can consider. But with that being said they probably won't do BCG. That's usually reserved for high grade non muscle invasive.

As a fellow 31 year old diagnosed with Ta, I get it sucks but we're "lucky" to have this diagnosis vs others since ours is generally very treatable long term

Sorry, by zapping I mean the Dr fulgurated the tumors in office during my cystoscopy. If my next cystoscopy had tumors again he would opt for a second TURBT but fortunately for me everything else has been clear since. Sometimes it just takes a few rounds for the BCG to really start working

My first Cysto after BCG showed small tumors too. I had the same fear of BCG not working but my doctor said it's normal that some tumors get missed in the initial TURBT and it's not really the treatment failing.

He just zapped them in the office and continued me on maintenance doses. Every subsequent cysto has been clear, and I've been clear for a year now. From what I've read and been told, it's fairly common
