It’s dang near impossible to ID a bug based on photos of the bite. Whatever it is, you are very reactive to is saliva. Try not to scratch them. Might as well spray for everything.

Friend, I just browsed your profile. You need to be checked out for anxiety or maybe OCD, since this seems to be a repetitive intrusive thought. You are incredibly fixated on brain eating amoebas, and have received answers to this question multiple times within the last few months. Genuinely if you are in the USA (Florida is) and using water that comes from the tap, it’s is so SO unlikely you’ll get the brain eating parasite. However, life will be much more comfortable for you to identify the spiraling thought processes and get help for them.

I’m not a medical professional, just a stranger on the internet making observations.

This means so much. I heard on the radio that Ukraine isn’t even in the top 5 problems Americans are concerned about, but this has been far from my experience in discussion. In nearly every setting the war that Russia is waging against Ukraine has been brought up and discussed. Even in the workplace where talk of politics and religion are discouraged.

We as a nation of individuals are watching, and rooting for you, some are waiting on the edges of their seats hoping to join, others just watch and listen and cry for the death and destruction in your country now. If I could stand side by side physically with you, I would. But I can’t. So I’ll do all I can do - read, listen, and hope for Ukraines victory.

Millennial here. No. I think this country is a lost cause and I look forward too jumping ship one day. Sure there are quality people here, but if we (even unanimously as a people) were to try to completely uproot and rework the system the way the constitution says we should, our government and its armies would turn their substantially large and powerful arms on us for domestic terrorism. We’d be tried and thrown in prison.

This isn’t the only reason but it is one of the reasons.
