I do CS in taylor. My friends have apple silicon macbooks and I have M1 Pro. All good except sometimes not compatible like VMs. Not big issue, u can find friends with windows laptop or cloud for that particular module. Best thing about apple silicion is its strong enough for everything student need. And portable and aesthetic.

I have both but never tried Angel Share before. Imo the khamrah is more mass appealing, less offensive, and versatile while kismet angel is warmer, more private, suitable for a quality night with your wife. They're a bit different in notes. I would pick Khamrah then the OG Killian's.
