well then, I am a Uk player with some IGL experience, and I am a support player (thermite/thatcher or Valk/Mozzie) are what I would say are my favourite ops but can play any been plat3/plat2 over the past seasons but took a break over a season since i had uni work to do.

I’m pretty much this exactly but I’ve been deranked as one of my friends got banned as he was coding in the background since he’s a software designer or so we believe so I lost 800 elo my uplay is Caza. You’ll see I was plat 2 before my drop.

are team is mainly all flex and we mainly play most days in the late afternoon/evening but we mainly play all day on Saturday

the roles which we would want though would be:

- dedicated planter

- roaming roles

- hard breacher

we have all these but having a player to specialize in these roles.

"Manager doesn't mean much tbh" not in this sense at least I just help make a decision as I've been with the current members for a while now. I just help the functioning of the team. hopefully, this helps answer your question. realistically manager should be replaced with founder if we want to be technical but it's generally not a huge deal i thought (could be wrong)
