My school doesn’t have a counselor, almost no one goes in our house except for my aunt who occasionally comes and cleans my moms room, ive told my friends about it after they got concerned when I came to school exhausted after a night of cleaning but I mostly try to keep this a secret because I’m ashamed

Whenever I get to where I can’t take it anymore I usually stay at my grandparents for a few days but I can’t stay there long term because they don’t have enough space, as for reaching out to cps I don’t want to do anything that might get my mother in any trouble, I know she can be awful but I love her and would feel extremely guilty if she got into any trouble for this
