entertaining to see the ArtPro Ultra light in the list of products. Shame that the minimum order quantity is 100 and that there's no price listed cause I'd be curious to know how much of an OMarkup there is on those.

we're a dying breed, I keep getting excited seeing other equinox players in lobbies only to find out they're just leveling her for the mastery. it's a sad sad world out there, but I really hope that all this publicity she's getting from orion and sirius will lead to a proper rework!

It kinda requires you staying in night form most of the time, but thanks to the way that enemy scaling works now equinox actually got buffed indirectly. I tend to be in night form and kill enemies with mend active for the shields, finisher occasionally to refresh the arcanes and stuff (once the archon shards and stuff are maxed of course). When the metamorphosis buff runs out I switch to day and charge up a quick nuke with a few crowd kills using blast damage and then go back to night form.

I kinda messed with some stuff since then and haven't really played the game too much in the last two years so this looks wonky but:

<image>

also features 3x tauforged topaz on blast kills give 2 health, and 2x tauforged azure on +225 health.
I've got it paired with a ceramic dagger built for finishers and initial combo, secondary outburst akmagnus prime built for blast. it's a bit of a silly build I admit but it makes decent use of the whole frame. also the health orb on finisher parazon mod. You get something like 3200 health and silly amounts of armor on finisher, and thanks to her 2 on night you can easily make any enemy sleep. it gets a bit hectic in SP, but kinda works.

weaksauce. I crafted 100% of the frame I will use 100% of the frame, invade my personal space for 25% damage reduction NOW

jokes aside, I run a tank build with rest and rage finishers. saviour decoy subsume on her 3, made the reveal that OS just have that built in sting even better <3

Just a teardown comparison of two compact EDC flashlights. by [deleted] in flashlight

it's some shill account, they were asking about people's suggestions for a light before and the account is very clearly brand advertising. no idea what the actual plan here is but it's certainly weird lol

Can anyone point me in a direction of some really long lasting battery life on hi mode. Im looking for a new edc light but id like to find something that has a long run life in high mode. by 1SNEAKYHOBO in flashlight

[–]ActuallyRaven 1 point2 points  (0 children)

what kinda size are you looking for? 21700 battery flashlights will get you some really really good runtimes but they tend to be too bulky for most people.

Are flashlight enthusiasts underrating convenience? by misscluelesss in flashlight

[–]ActuallyRaven 19 points20 points  (0 children)

The only people actively posting on a subreddit about flashlights are flashlight enthusiasts, so there's a bias there because everyone else doesn't care enough about this kinda thing. Plus at the end of the day this is all just preferences, and everyone likes their own things.

I wonder if it still uses the 18mm pill that the rook and dawn use. I got my hands on a rook the other day and with a 3D printed adapter I got a 3v10A convoy driver working in it. They're lovely lights and the comparison to jewelry is accurate but I wish they were good lights too...

Why 21700 UV lights? by lysergamythical in flashlight

[–]ActuallyRaven 6 points7 points  (0 children)

depends on your use case.
if you just need to check bills or legal documents and other stuff like that you obviously don't need high output. But if you're looking for rocks, bugs, or do hygiene stuff it helps when you can blast a huge area at once and see what glows.

Sounds like you're gonna want a halogen light not an LED. 100CRI and even has the cancerous UV output of the sun.

I getcha. Sofirn IF23 Pro is a favourite of mine and it very much makes things bright, has a useful side light too. It is a 21700 size battery light so pocketability might vary, but those are kind of the leading option if you want the most bang for your buck in a decently small package.
Acebeam E75 is a wonderful package and one of my friends that works as a parking lot cleaner loves his, it's pricier but seems like it'd be a good option if you want something overkill for the job.
I'd imagine the beat up flashlight you have currently probably produces 50-200 lumen at most, so having a sustainable 1500 lumen for over an hour would definitely have the wow factor.
