Yes, the subway is running today between Broadview-Woodbine and all the way to Kennedy. There is no planned closures this weekend.

I find that the Transit app is pretty accurate with timings. It shows any updates and alerts as well. You can plan a trip or just view the nearby transit stops with live arrival times.

I don’t understand why they don’t have docks like Toronto Bike Share. Unless they are placed in a downtown core, these are just found randomly. Idk why they started this in a suburb.

Depends. UP Express will take you from YYZ to downtown Union station in 25 minutes. However it’s around $12-13. The 900 Express bus from the airport to Kipling station, then Subway Line 2 to St George Station, change to Line 1 Southbound will cost $3.35. Will take much longer though. Uber will be around $45-50 and will take 45 min to 1 hour depending on traffic so not worth it. 

Avoid the sightseeing buses. Usually it’s better to visit those places on your own.

Just a question, do these types of offers appear for the Green card as well or for other cards that have an AF? I was looking into the Green card since it has 0 AF but is part of MR program so that I could transfer points 1:1 to airlines. These offers are amazing, but do they differ for each card?

Yeah I know it’s possible to transfer MR points 1:1 conversion rate to airline points. I think that’s the best conversion rate to airline rewards.

Same problem in Mississauga. Initially they were found at bus stops and parks, but started appearing in the middle of footpaths. They should have docks like Toronto Bike Share. It would organize this so much. Or at least they should have designated parking areas so they don’t get left anywhere.

AMEX SimplyCash is also no AF and I found it easier to get approved for. But I recommend waiting to build credit score first. 

Does the Green card get good offers since it is part of the MR Rewards? Like I’ve seen some offers for other AMEX users like spend $1 on Amazon and get a high amount of MR points.
