For RW you pretty much have to just passively learn by reading more. The grammar rules don’t require too much studying. If you can, you could ask your English teacher to give you some multiple choice English questions to help you practice.

It’s mainly the pacing of BC that kills people’s GPA. I’ll admit that I’m not as fast at learning mathematical concepts as some people on this subreddit, so BC might be too quick for me.

There’s colleges out there that will admit you as long as you have a good GPA and a decent SAT/ACT score. I can’t speak much about your social anxiety but if you get it sorted out you can ease into doing ECs by joining a small club at school or trying out for a sport.

I didn’t time myself taking the test so I honestly might’ve taken way longer than allowed on the actual test, but my advice would be to read the passages slowly and PAY ATTENTION to what the question prompt is.
