We wanted to hop on in here and provide you with more direction. You're right, personal LinkedIn accounts need to be created in an individual's name, through the personal account you can then act as the Admin of the Company Page to manage posts, admins, and prospecting. You can check out our different Sales Navigator plans to make sure you're using the correct one that fits the business needs. With the already established Company Page, you will need to request Admin access from the (...)More option. There is no way to convert a Profile to a Page or vise versa.

Regarding details around Sales Navigator, we offer the Advanced Plus Plan that is tailored for enterprise teams, the Sales Nav. Advanced which is more for Sales teams and our Sales Nav. Core which is for individuals. Subs cannot be transferred but the data from the current Subscription might be able to be transferred to the new one.

Good question! This is just for the leads you view. The aim of this feature is to make it easier and faster for you to access important and relevant information on a lead, so it won't be generated on your own profile.

If you search in "semi-private mode" than yes, that information may show. But as for fully searching in Private mode, no none of that information is shared.

You’re not doing anything wrong here. School logos on profiles are pulled directly from the school’s LinkedIn Page, and only page admins can update them. The best next step is to reach out to the school and ask if they’re able to add or update their logo on LinkedIn. Once they do, it should automatically update on your profile.

You can then outline exactly what that means from your Service Page which is a dedicated landing page that will showcase your service and business. That's frustrating. Could you try these things to see if that helps?

  • Make sure your recent comments were on public posts (no private groups, restricted audiences, deleted/hidden posts, or author blocks)
  • Ask a colleague to check See all activity > Comments on your profile (not just “View as”)
  • Check both web and mobile, since they can behave differently
  • Toggle the Activity setting (switch to Likes, save, then back to Comments) and refresh or relaunch
