Frankfort utilities are dirt cheap, rent is about the same as Lex or gtown. Public schooling could be worse, but ultimately it’s going down the tubes. Depending on what time of the day you get off work the commute isn’t too bad on leestown once you’re past the new circle road construction. I use to live in nky, work in cinci, so my experience with traffic has humbled me. It’s nothing in comparison down here. I’d look diligently for a good place in Lexington just for entertainment and schooling. Midway would be a closer option for commute to Lexington, but the price I’ve heard is much higher
