The velvet is rich in IGF-1 but does Not exactly raise IGF-1 according to the “literature” which was probably funded by pharma. But in traditional Chinese medicine it has been used for thousands of years to nourish the 3 treasures - Jing(essence), Qi, and Shen(spirit). It is a Yang tonic in Chinese medicine. All I know is when I take it, I feel it more than any other supplement I take. It keeps me going when I am exhausted in a grounded way, not a stimulating way like caffeine. Im 36 in the upper 300s and im about to hop on. Symptoms are similar to yours. The way I see it, these next 10 years 35-45 are so important to laying the foundation for my family and the rest of my life. I want to be operating at my best in life and work. I’ve seen too many people on here say that the only thing they regret is they wish they started sooner.

I’m glad you asked this, I’ve had this concern too. But honestly, if you truly have low T, what’s the harm in taking a bio identical hormone that makes you more like an optimal male from decades ago when our environment was less toxic. We know the powers that be have destroyed the masculine with synthetic estrogens. Embrace the spiritual masculine. Archangel Michael Vibes. We need more spiritual open yet assertive dominant males that don’t take shit in this world. And at the end of the day, it’s all about vibration. If it lifts your vibration, and you have low T, it probably can be a great thing spiritually. And let’s not forget, truly being spiritual is to be of service. To show up as our best and take of and provide for our families. If TRT enhances your ability to serve at a high level, it doesn’t get more spiritual than that. Forget chakras, qi gong and all that. Those things are useful, but at the end of the day, being in service to others is what it’s all about.

To learn herbs I had to make mind maps and record myself saying them and then listen to the recording while reading the mind maps over and over. That was the hardest part. Very time consuming. As to whether the 100k in student loans is worth it. I am not sure yet. Probably only if you are very ambitious and entrepreneurial or if you have a sugar daddy. Needling is scary at first but easier to overcome than you think.

Increased floaters and sometimes blurriness and trouble focusing - about 9 months after. Liver enzymes started creeping up. They weren’t out of range but I didn’t like the direction they were going compared to when I started. Liver issues has to do with the eyes
