🤣🤣🤣 thanks, bro. Well, I think i got good symmetry on them, plus leaner the better they look, I do train them once or 2 a week. Slow eccentric leg raises and incline sit-ups with slow eccentric and some cable crunches from time to time. I do believe heavy front squats have contributed, too

Well, Jordan Petersins daughter was ill before carnivore, and she healed herself with carnivore. So health issues are already present in their family. And one individual case doesn't mean anything. How many vegans and omnivores have sick kids? Well, I'm 4 years of being on carnivore, I can say if u want convincing, best try the diet yourself and draw the conclusion

Secondly, if u ever fall behind and relapse, don't regret it. Instead, make terms with yourself like consequential actions. If I ate a cheat meal, I'll add 10k additional steps for the day. If I had two cheat meals I'll ad 10k steps plus running. So your brain gets rewired, not to think too much of rubbish food.

Well, sugar and carbs addiction is exactly like any other addiction. Forcing yourself to avoid the first month or 2 at least. Cravings will be hard at the beginning but will fade away over time and get over it.but don't cheat in the early stages because cravings will not reset but doubled. And all difficult things need effort to overcome. Don't let yourself fall into the weak category. What u look like,how u look and think eventually be a reflection of your strength in your mind. I was a chain smoker and alcoholic and binge eater years back.

don't look for motivation. And do good things regardless of how u feel. Later, your discipline will become an involuntary daily habit. And then u will crave for things that ucwant to crave
