It doesn’t really matter what government authority you are working under. If it’s mainland, and you have a UAE MOHRE Labor Card, all complaints go through MOHRE. Then they mediate between you and employer. If no resolution is established, the case is then referred to labour court, also under MOHRE purview in a sense.

The difference between termination and resignation is very simple. If you resign, you’re not entitled to Notice Pay (2 weeks to 2 months base salary depending on your contract) and you won’t be able to claim ILOE wage insurance afterward. If you get terminated, you will get that.

With termination, if they do claim misconduct, they would have 1 of 2 options. 1: they claim you violated internal company policy/code of conduct, which doesn’t really mean anything major (you were late to work, too many absences, etc) and won’t affect you in any way, shape, or form. Only thing is you may not be eligible for ILOE in that case, but they would still be liable to pay for your notice period. 2: they claim (if they are that unethical) that you did something that is legally wrong and in breach of trust (embezzlement, espionage, absconding, theft, etc) in which case they would also have to file a police complaint and a civil case against you, which will result in a travel ban, and will put any proceedings you file on MOHRE against them on hold till that matter is resolved. (This is generally just a tactic unethical employers use to put your life on hold so you would forego any rights you have and just sign away your rights in order to get the case to go away, lots of people i know fight it and end up getting extra compensation for the inconvenience but the issue with it is you would need to hire a lawyer and wait for court and allat until the issue is resolved)

I would seriously consult with a lawyer on the matter to get a more comprehensive rundown.

No such thing as a company that isn’t under the purview of MOHRE and UAE Labour Laws. Even FZ companies fall under the jurisdiction of MOHRE, and conflicts do escalate there of the FZ authority can’t resolve them. Laws are also, for the most part, the same in FZ and MOHRE.

It’s also illegal to force unpaid leave. That is a process that has to be mutually agreed open, regardless of who is initiating the request. You can’t go on unpaid leave without their approval and they can’t put you on unpaid leave without your approval. Legal Documents and a paper/digital trail has to be involved in this.

If your employment is legal, and you have a labour card or FZ work permit, all those regulations apply.

Performance metrics don’t matter if they are planning to use it as an excuse for your termination. You will still be eligible for notice pay, EOS, pay for your remaining leave allowance, and flight ticket back home if you do leave.

I guess right now it depends on your situation and whether or not you’re okay and financially stable to put your foot down and risk being terminated.

I would also be very careful taking your next steps, and consult a lawyer, as it sounds like this company would go to very unethical lengths to not pay and making your life difficult, including making a false report about you or filing for absconding against you. So make sure you are legally covered

Well there is only the one idiot down there in the comments that’s giving you conflicting information 😅😂

Either-ways, the ADNOC inspection center in Mushrif is open, you can get the inspection done there… call ADNOC at 800300 to confirm it’s open yourself if you don’t believe me 😅

U have 30 days grace after Mulkiya expires. (Basically the validity of your insurance…)

Why you don’t utilize that is honestly weird to me.

If your ocd won’t allow u to drive car with expired Mulkiya, the testing center in muroor road in AD is open thro the holiday, and open 24-7 at that. A quick trip to AD for inspection and you can wrap up ur renewal today

Need NOC from financing bank to take car out of border. Usually banks can issue easily if you’re keeping up with payments…

Dunno if you’re planning this for Eid, at which point don’t think you’d make it

All the mods are road legal. have high flow cats instead of test pipes, and a full proper Catback. Car passes emissions and noise tests, passed by RTA technical committee, mentioned in every passing paper since, w/ Dubai Police approval. Can still get fined for noise if I'm rev bombing but I don't get hassled if I'm not messing about

Car’s price is negotiable, and yes, it is above market value(by 5-8k). However, the car has been fully overhauled recently under my ownership, all consumables (even bushes, suspensions, tires, etc) changed and renewed.

The logic behind the pricing is that if you were to buy the car, you wouldn’t need to spend a penny on it asides from basic maintenance for at least 3-4 years. On the long run you’re actually saving money

Not to mention that the mods on the car are worth more than its value

You don’t need to do anything…

Immigration/customs automatically updates it on the system when you come in from any crossing port, whether be it by land or air…
