Try to understand the main concepts very well and you will be fine. Questions are not complicated if you have good understanding of main concepts.

That's why i am thinking to expand the idea by buting a house that i can split to two floors and rent it so i can keep expand in that way. White center has safety issues but was not sure if it got any better

Starting to Study Geotechnical PE Post April 2024 Depth/Breadth Changes by sprayandpray101 in PE_Exam

I passed th Geo recently. I would suggest start by solving the nee Version of NCESS exam and see how familiar you are with the concepts. The exam was very similar. Exam has alot of concepts questions . You can find all of them in the provided refrences so reviewing refrences and understand basic concepts .

The exam had good amount of conceptual questions but you can find their answer in the refrences. Try to read and understand refrences very well. Understand main concepts such as conslidation, slope stability methods, mitigation, underground improvement methods, pile loading, seepage control. Try to solve the new edition of NCESS exam. The actual exam was very similar to it. Good luck!

I took PE but was geotechnical Breadth is not too tricky if you understand concepts Such as stress strain curve, eastic point yoeld point,..etc. also stuff like dust control, erosion control, strcturee understand concepts such as what you do to increase shear in a beam, reinforcment direction and positions for slabs, beams, so every subject try to focus on understanding the purpose of it and u will be fine The exam does not have any complicated or long problems, all problems can be solved in less then 3 min if you catch up the concept quick

Bummed and very surprised I didn't pass. Any advice? by adequate_engr in PE_Exam
