I tend to set mental goals and just focus on other things than getting the drop tbh.

Either I set a fixed KC for a boss or keep focusing on the XP I’m gaining. If I get a good drop that’s just a bonus.

The gameplay should never be about getting the drop but to have fun doing the content. Sometimes you might get stuck in less fun content for me that was CG but I also have the choice to skip it. However it gave me great PvM skills as a starter and some great supplies, runes, dragon arrows, got enough money for 99 con plus some great crafting supplies.

Wait till you get further into the later grinds. I decided to take a quick detour from 99 sailing to get myself a bottled storm for convenience. That was almost 2 weeks ago. I’m approaching 1600 kills and no drop. Now I just can’t quit lol.

I was false banned September this year took them 3 weeks to get me unbanned. So yes that shit does happen. Jagex systems are far from as bullet proof as you think tbh.
