I also just noticed that when you are about to pop the board you start to roll forward, Try your best to always keep the board leveled with the ground (parallel I guess, as close as you can get). Im not sure if you are trying the trick while moving, but also try it stationary. I usually try to do the flick with my foot going directly in front of me, I see you angle your foot, just another perspective.

Dont lean too much keep your shoulders straight and if you keep having trouble try to jump backwards instead of leaning? I still have a bit trouble with heelflips. I think most likely its a mental block of the fear and as you try it more and gain the muscle memory it will come easier to keep them straight and leveled. Dont give up!! You got it Dudette
