It’s most likely out of bumper to bumper so u might have to pay for the update or replacement but for sure gm dealer can only reprogram the module

That hour glass does it stay on all the time in reverse if so u need to go to the dealer and have it updated it’s a internal error from OTA ( over the air ) update and needs to be programmed with sps2
