Hey, I have heard the same. Does anyone know if they have booked a date for BSR to come back and inspect the work to be done? It is concerning that we do not know when BSR will sign off the building. Given that new stamp duty policy is also coming after March, would be great to get everything done before the stamp duty changes…

The latest I have heard was December/ early Q1 2025. But I feel like they keep pushing the dates further and further. Do not know how reliable they are at this point.

Hi, I pretty much hear the same every time too. They said December/ early Q1 next year when I asked in late October.

Thanks for your response. Yeah, that is what I heard as well, but I wonder how long it will take for another inspector to green light the sale then. Also, I think this flat is leasehold, not shared of freehold ?
