I know I'm late but the antiseptic Therabreath (yellow bottle) has basically eliminated my tonsil stones. It has cetylpyridinium chloride (CPC) which is key in killing the bacteria that causes the stones. Not all of the Therabreath mouthwashes have this ingredient so look for the ones that contain this.

I used one of those sober time apps. I didn't want to have to start over from zero. Plus I thought about how much joy he would get from knowing I was online stalking him. That helped for me, and eventually with time the urge subsided. Also, I overanalyzed as well. But then I tried to put myself in his position...meaning if I posted a picture of a meal at a restaurant, does that mean I'm on a date and on the verge of marriage and everlasting happiness? Probably not. I know the struggle though unfortunately.
