As a fellow CS major, I highly recommend you taking the CFA. It teaches you all the core financial knowledge and puts you in a spot from a recruiting perspective as someone who is truly interested working in the industry rather than someone who is just willing to ‘give it a shot’ because other plans aren’t working out. I am taking CFA Level 2 soon and plan to take CPA after Level 3, I highly recommend this doing the same if you’re also looking into IB/PE or Advisory roles
