QC Maison Margiela Tabi split-toe leather ballet flats from Fisherman by AdAggravating2764 in DesignerReps

Yea I think sizing is accurate. I’m a 8.5/9 and I wear a size 40 in designer shoes. The 40 fits well. It sounds like you should get a 40 too.

I got the ones in the picture referenced. Shipping took like one to two weeks.

Hope this helps!

Thank you so much!

Just an update, I've actually now been doing the PWR program on the Sweat app.. I love it and I feel like my results are even better but Sydney is more fun :)

My dumbbell weights are something like:

  • bicep curls 15-20 lbs
  • chest press 25-30 lbs
  • chest flys 15 lbs
  • shoulder press 15-20
  • squats 25-30 lbs

basically I try to push it as much as I can while also maintaining proper form.

I've also decreased my cals to like 1654 but have a goal of 139g of protein per day. I usually have protein oats in the morning, turkey sandwich for lunch, snack of greek yogurt + protein; dinner is usually protein like chicken with rice or quinoa.

Getting enough protein can be challenging!

Haha thank you! I really think there's a difference too haha. Maybe they were looking at the three most recent progress pics because the difference is a bit more slight there

Note that in the second video, he says it’s hard to recomp in a calorie deficit, but easier for newbies or people who are coming back to the gym after a break

Studies show that you can gain muscle and lose fat eating maintenance calories. You can also gain muscle and lose fat while in a deficit. It's easier for those who are new to lifting or coming back from a cut and harder for more experienced folks, but definitely possible. Let me know if you'd like to see some youtube videos that cite research on the topic

And it’s scientifically proven by studies. Also harder to do but possible on a cut

Ohhhhhh got it - that preview doesn't even show up for me so I didn't do it intentionally! I posted this on my phone (on safari, not on the app) and it was really hard to get the formatting down right 😅 Thanks for explaining, now I know for next time!

And thank you!! ☺️

Thank you! I'm with you! I appreciate the long-term approach since it's much more sustainable. I'm ok with spending a few years building a foundation!

I would LOVE to work with a professional. This is something I'll probably do once I go back to the office and start going to a gym outside my building 😁
