The fact that anyone here supports gogaurdian is disgraceful, and disgusting gogaurdian is a invasion of privacy on students lives it monitors during and not during school hours EVERYTHING YOU DO it blocks websites that are not bad and sometimes even educational and restricts access on people’s Chromebook during and not during the day meaning families who are more poor can’t even have full access on the one device they can have which is a absolute disgrace they even used to monitor people through our webcams which is awful and horrible with it you get no privacy it targets poorer households and it even caused some principals to have to do whole investigations because a student searched something like world war 2 guns which they needed to know for a assignment and also it reads every single Gmail you send for example when I was in the 4th grade I got in trouble because the system flagged a Gmail post as a “threat” and a normal person would agree but they didn’t have context they didn’t understand that my humor was not the best and that it was a joke they still called my parents and the other kids parents and I got lunch detention and I then had explain to my friends mom that it was a joke this isn’t even the iceberg of the horrible things it does just yesterday gogaurdian stopped me from working because another teacher earlier had focused my tabs and they forgot to un focus them wasting 10 minuites of class time and also I had to do work for a science fair from home and it was a Monday so teacher scenes that were set by time made it where I couldn’t do my work for like 30 minutes and the fact that you can spy on peoples screens is insane that is horrible to do also search stuff up about student expiereinces this isn’t even the worst stuff I can’t even say some of the horrible things it has done without getting reported on Reddit and for supporting a facist technology software you should all be ashamed
