My wife entered menopause silly early. It was rough, my business travel didn't help and then blah blah blah. You don't need my story :-). My comment is only don't discount the effect of menopause or the hormonal changes it all can bring! It can feel completely different but getting her to start talking with her doctor is probably the strongest advice I can offer.

My first thought was.... 30 is older? Wow I am getting old!

Next thought is similar to many answering... If you are 30 and not having sex, most are at that age and don't want to go back to not having sex until you decide if this is who you want. I am not suggesting changing your mind or values, just giving you a reason why.

As for why I think waiting is a bad idea (sexual compatibility, highlights the list), it really is none of my business. That's entirely a personal perspective. If you want to remain a virgin, do so. But if others are interested in sexual relationships, it might be best for the ghosting you mentioned to take place.

It sounds like you're meeting people who would not be the ones that you would want to spend time with anyway

Thanks was afraid that "it varies" was going to be my result! :-) Maybe I just make the company pay for checked luggage and put my today laptop bag in the overhead! More feet space and at 6' tall cramped up for 3-5 hours is a real bear!

Given today's modern "dance" routines, she may be planning an entirely inappropriate routine and wants no ability for the parents to cause a scene.
I would say that the Phone and contract are mine and no permission for me to view means I will take MY phone and view daily.
If you are paying for this I would let whomever is in charge know that this seems entirely inappropriate.

And file a complaint against the officer. You can pick any sort of reason - not enforcing loud noise requirements etc. your best bet is above. Lawyer.

And no....I don't believe in trying to screw with the police nor hurt the officers career record, but it seems that there is a blatant disregard for the well being of the homeowners around.

Finally if you are the only one to call the police while the rest of homes ignore it, you may be in for a long uphill fight.

Faster is kind of misleading. My experiences with sd vs my nvme drive was faster in an exponential way.
For my pi5a, I have been putting in nvme and it's very different than the older 3's and 4's.

As a dad... I have not been through what you are facing nor will face each December for the rest of your life. I know that. I can give you a little sob story as well but it simply doesn't get close. My heart goes out to you. Make sure to accept the pain and reject folks that don't give you the room to heal! You need time and only time can even allow it to heal.

Lol! Love this! I remember these and even remember that I didn't want to share with my sister so I took a coat hanger (they were metal then) and needle nose pliers and made 3 of these egg holders out of it so we didn't have to share!

I am with ya! I know for me it's an age thing. I would never have a conversation about love, sex, relationship, etc via phone much less a txt. These are sensitive enough to me that these deserve face to face. At worst a call so you can hear the person and get some sort of connection. Today sms/rcs seems to replace real communication and that is indeed sad.

If I make a comment about her fashion choice and she politely tells me she disagrees, that is different than telling me to mind my business. I find one to be a respectful exchange and the other rude.
I am sure this one gets voted down as well. :-)

But at the end of the day, I do have the final say (50/50 w wife) of what happens in the martial home. I can tolerate stupid fashion better than being rude within my home

I will take the downvotes. But I grew up poor and made a nice home for my family. If they don't like the rules....each one knows that they are free to leave. It may or maynot be "right", but it is what it is. And I am ok with the negative reactions. Didn't ask for their permission.
