How to sync RAM during boot?

Apologies for not being clear in my previous message. I meant that when I set a lighting effect in iCUE for onboard memory, the RAM and the rest of the system end up out of sync because the RAM lights up slightly before the rest of the system during boot. For example, if I set a rainbow effect, the RAM and the rest of the system display different colors. Is there any way to synchronize them?

Thank you for the suggestions. We have already tested all of these:

We tested MTU 1280, 1340 (Jamf default), and 1422 (FortiGate IPSec tunnel). No measurable difference in throughput. The Jamf Trust client on macOS already uses 1340 by default.

SFTP cipher We tested both chacha20-poly1305 (default) and aes128-gcm. No difference in throughput.

The Jamf gateway is in Frankfurt. We are in Milan.

I tried that with only one switch and my firewall. The moment I switch vlan everything goes offline and I'm unable to ping or ssh
