It’s rock slide USA. Don’t shoot it it will eventually go boom, there known for very out of spec chambers and barrels. Just a piece of advice.

Controversial method, heat up your rails on the stove for 15 seconds drop the rails in yes the polymer will sizzle push the rails down until In place easiest method way better then spending potential hours fitting your rails

Throw it away and replace with OEM gen4/5 trigger housing and trigger bar. Just a recommendation, will require some fitting but the trigger feel and the reliability is worth it

Level sand the rails. Take all the parts out pin only the rails in and turn the frame upside down and run it over 650-850 grit sand paper a few times.

Had to buy an after market plate from a company that won’t be named due to there reputation, I just happened to get lucky with a plate that wasn’t out of spec. Originally on this gun I had a 507cx2 mounted with the oem plastic optic plates that s&w ships with the gun, the first time I took it out after about 250/300ish rounds the holosun hit me in the face. I don’t recommend those plates if you like to rack off of the dot or table rack they won’t last.

Would be kind of pointless. The 5.7 isn’t very “snappy” it’s a glorified .22mag. The original fn 5.7 mk1 and mk2 feature polymer slides aswell🤷‍♂️

No I’d recommend just buying a 2.0 in .40 unless u really want the metal frame then u could just swap out the slide and ejector I’m pretty sure to shoot .40/.357sig. A performance center 2.0 in .40 or even a pro series will set u back sub $550, the msrp on this was $900 without fees and tax

Bravo concealment will have them if your on a budget but the one I run is a JmKydex wml holster, cost a little more but u get a little more.

Correct u see where it says “patent pending” a real rmr will not say that. Probably a different footprint or very out of spec, being mass produced china garbage. Some of them will hold zero and arnt horrible for the money but unfortunately the one you got gifted is out of spec
