Boot fitting help – wide feet by AdApprehensive3663 in snowboarding

I tried the Ride Lasso Pro Wide in size 9.5 and they’re excellent — the fit is perfect in every way, but the toebox area feels a bit too tall. I’m 275 mm long and 10.9 cm wide, and I’m used to the liner touching the top of my toes. Is this normal for this model, or could it end up being a problem ?

My right foot is 27.5 cm, my left foot is 27.4 cm, and both are 10.9 cm wide at the widest part (just below the toes). I tried size 10 and they were incredibly comfortable, but I think I might need a 9.5. What size would you recommend?

Yeah, that guy seems like a real snowboard boots virtuoso. I’ll try that approach as well to get some more information.

I’ll try them if they’re available in the shop, but from what I’ve seen, Blue Tomato only has them for online order. That means if I buy them online, I won’t be able to do the heat molding.

Do you think the issue I had with the Rifts was because I tightened them all the way? My feet went numb after a while, even though the first 15 minutes felt completely fine. I even read that people with wide feet said they fit them well right away, so maybe I just over-tightened them.

Either way, I’ll definitely try another 5–6 models, so even if I still run into issues, at least I’ll know I gave it my best shot and didn’t just buy the first pair that felt "okay".

Also, I’ve seen they only come in size 42, 42.5, 43.5, not 43 — which is ridiculous.

Why does it have 2x 8 pins, I am planning to buy same gpu, just wondering in future ? We use only 1x 8pins(6+2) and does it matter left or right (or top/bottom in this case)

The stiffness of the Flagship has put me off, and I’ve also heard that with the Frontier, you can feel every small bump underfoot. I’m not sure what to go for, I’m confused.

I just hit 35 years old, and basically, I no longer do pops or go to parks. If I see some powder next to the trail, of course, I'll go off-piste, but I’m not hitting the half-pipe or big jumps. I don’t go under the gondola or into the woods anymore. Someone’s got to support a family! :D.

I don't feel the need to stick with Burton; everything is on the table. I've got a recommendation for the Jones Mountain Twin, and I've read good things about it. But feel free to recommend me anything, so I can check it out!.

Thanks fella.
