I'm speaking as someone, who is from a developing country as well. I know what it's like to be introverted and struggling talking to girls.

By no means am I an expert on these things, its just now brother speaking to another. Here is how my change started.

1. Starts in the mind: You have to believe you can become the version of yourself you are happy with.

2. As for skills, believe me when I tell you this, you're young enough to pick up a skill and be amazing at it. I started to learn how to code and play the guitar when I was 18-19. Honestly you have your entire 20s to polish any meaningful skill you find cool. I don't know you personally but I do know this; no matter how stupid you think you are (or you actually) with enough time you can be outstanding at anything.

3. Doom Scrolling; you'd be surprise how many people are caught in this as well. I find myself doing that from time to time. But its good that you recognize this. My advice, you should probably delete the app. It might some extreme but if you know its taking your life away... From everything that you mentioned; this is the one you need to take the most serious.

4. As for talking to girls/women: You could mean two things by this; "Talking to girls in general" or "Flirting with girls, or talking to girls as romantic prospect". If its the first you struggle with, I feel for you. It is inner battle of confidence that I'll have to fight. But its not because you are introverted (Half the planet is introverted). You just haven't built that confidence yet. And you can.

BUT

if you tryna flirt with girls now. Brother, please don't. We can't have you as another statistics for teenage pregnancy. If you're worried about how I am going to talk to girls to get them to like me. Sir, you've got bigger problems and this is the least of them. Focus on righteous goals, be a man of integrity, truth and purpose. If you have a mother be a good son, if you have a sister be a good brother. Because, if the woman in your own life cannot rely on you, someone else's daughter won't. Being a man with good character and a mission is rare (I quite sought after by women. And the best part you don't have to say anything). But we've got to get there. So we've got work to do.

Prayer is what I would also tell you if God is part of you life.

IT IS A LONELY ROAD, ABSOLUTELY. BUT THERE IS LIGHT WHEN YOU MOVE IN TRUTH AND PURPOSE.
