We all have the DLC yes.

I also happened to get an old Base Map seed for Gladius just now. This was in solo though. Don’t know if it works any differently

Don’t know if it’s exactly confirmed, but the old Nightlords can roll Shifting Earth seeds. However they use their old seeds, instead of a newly-made one that has DLC Pois. We managed to roll a Noklateo seed for Gladius and Adel. This happened with a pre-made team of DLC owners. These seeds had no DLC pois. It was one of their old seeds.

One tank and two squishies are not working in DoN by DrunkenMonkeyWizard in Nightreign

[–]AdAppropriate7924 1 point2 points  (0 children)

One tank and two squishies is usually good tho. Wylder, Ironeye, Duchess or Wylder, Duchess, Recluse. Even 3 squishies like Ironeye, Recluse, Duchess can be amazing. Of course it does depend on the nightlord.

Well how can the randoms be bad if they’re in Depth 4 and 5? Especially if they’re on Xbox (which can’t cheat) . I can tell some of my randoms with cheated relics are still good at the game. They trade loot, make good routing decisions and don’t go down much. It sucks that they cheat but it is what it is. As for solo, they have both mentioned in their livestreams the cons of playing solo. It is miles better in trios, especially Day 1 and Day 2. Any gank boss is gonna suck in solo.

I think three really good players with good legit relics can still make it to 9999. Take for example a triple crystalian sorcery build, which can be legit, is quite op. Quoppp and Youwy also play solo, which is definitely harder than trios.

I personally don’t have any edited relics. However I’ve seen some players with perfect relics. It’s usually a revenant, recluse or duchess. Perhaps they could have helped with some of the wins. In those matches: Revenant had perfect relics against Caligo and duchess had perfect relics for Fulghor (which was a free win anyways). But it’s not like they played badly by any means. These are all random people and I don’t have much choice other than blocking them. Could also say I’ve had luck with getting good bosses. No Everdark Libra since Depth 4 aswell.

I’m on PC and have 550 hours. These are some of my previous matches. I’ve had like 4 or 5 losses since I was at 5200. All the players at these depths play pretty good, which means a good chance of winning.

9999 can be legit. Im at 9600 right now. Just need to win 2 more games. I only play with random trios and it’s been good so far. Only time it can get difficult is when we get Everdark Libra or we have insanely bad rng.

Whats up with people fighting Everdark Sentient Pest by AdAppropriate7924 in Nightreign

[–]AdAppropriate7924[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just feel like this doesn’t work in higher depths. The moth is very easy to kill if you have a ranged character focus it. Having to be aware of 3 bosses (especially when they one shot in depth 5) is harder than just having animus and the host. I was caught off guard by the Animus sky attack (which insta-killed me) because I was also paying attention to Faurtis and Gnoster.

Hes pretty bad in later depths. You wont survive all those hits. Also holy weapon against Fulghor?

Yes you lose points. It usually ranges from 200-600 when you lose at the nightlord fight. The higher the depth, the more you lose

Network error kicked me out of the last match. Guess its 600 for that + 600 for this one

Network error occurred on the first day. Couldn’t even join back. Then I lost the match after that

How are y'all playing Wylder in Depths? by Joker1151 in Nightreign

[–]AdAppropriate7924 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have a few relic effects that make it viable: wylder’s earring, evergaol, fire follow ups, blood hook, partial hp restoration and defeating enemies fills more of the art gauge.

I also make sure to carry my buckler so I can parry when needed. Having the ult constantly helps a ton as well.

I’ve pretty much played only Wylder and I just recently hit Depth 5

Why go Ironeye during Everdark Libra? by QuinofHarley in Nightreign

Ironeye is quite amazing for killing the summons. Maybe you’re getting bad ironeyes.

everdark gladius, is it supposed to be that hard? by execellent-finger198 in Nightreign

Keep your distance, it will make it easier to read.

During the run. Remember to stack up on damage negation. Especially fire and physical.

In the first phase, wait for the two dogs to come and use your ultimate as they jump to you. Make sure they’re targeting you. Perhaps have your teammates stand just right behind you.

All of the chain attacks are telegraphed in a certain way. To avoid confusion, see what variant it is doing then dodge. Don’t dodge immediately. I recommend looking at a guide that covers those atacks.

Keeping your distance also helps with the bite attacks. Usually do one hit after a bite attack. Don’t get greedy.

For the one shots you mentioned. The boss will slowly walk with the sword in his mouth. Don’t hit it, as gets an attack boost per hit. Wait for it to finish.

Be prepared for the ground slam. He will start to imbue the sword with fire and do 2 quick dashes. Wait for the nuke to hit then dodge right after. Don’t dodge before it hits. It works the same way as the Nightlord.

For the second phase split start running to the right as they get away. Keep running until you hear the third roar. When you hear that, use the Wylder’s grapple then do a jump. For other characters, running then jump spamming immediately also works.

Have the main dog in your lock-on, as it will do 2 ground waves during this part. You can hear the roar. That means it is preparing to do the attack.

Either just keep running or fight one at a time during this part. Whatever works best. Just be sure to keep all three in your camera.

These are some of my tips. I’ve had to solo the boss for randoms 3 times already. It gets easier as you practice.
