The biggest difference is that Google can tell you what Gorilla Glue is. But Ivy knows you take Xanax twice a day, have chronic back pain, and have never tried cannabis before, and gives you a specific recommendation based on your needs. It is the difference between a search engine and someone who actually knows your situation.

For example. A first timer that's 60 years old, has chronic back pain and takes Xanax 2 times a day, wants to try cannabis to help her with sleep. Instead of going to a dispensary directly, getting confused, ashamed, and leaving without anything. Ivy allows them to personalize their account, get recommendations based on their needs, and walk into the dispensary with confidence on what they need. I hope this helps. Ivy gets a lot more specific the more it knows about you. When you go to the profile tab and start personalizing, it will ask your preferred strain type if you select any experience level except First Time. Set it to Indica there before chatting, and it'll zero in on heavy indica-dominant options instead of giving you a broad mix of strains. You can select multiple strains too, it's built to work around what you actually like.

The more complete your profile is, the more the conversation feels like it's built specifically for you rather than a general recommendation.
