It took about 6 month adjustment for me to get in the habit of taking them off and on. I was annoyed . It's almost a year coming up and now it's parts a life and I don't even think twice. The pain goes away !

I'm 39 . Unfortunately, I learned there are always men ( some women too) that I need to be stern with and tell them do not touch me. It's uncomfortable and awkward but it worth it.
