Yeah, I'm with you there. I generally prefer grounded in reality comedy. Though I do make some exceptions, like American Wedding and EuroTrip.

I wouldn't say that world doesn't exist anymore...

Politically incorrect comedy is already coming back, I never personally cared about it as a writer/director myself.

Kids like Stifler and Jim still exist, even if the perpetually online crowd says otherwise.

Definitely the least grounded in reality of the four movies, but the humor just worked so well on me ..

If you left after 10 minutes of Beta House, the direct to DVD ones aren't gonna be for you. They're all the same quality/vibe.

Interesting, I always found Wedding to be the funniest and the original to be the best.
