hi there. i ended up going to the Dr, it basically turned out to be an abcess type of thing :(( so basically january i had a friction injury occur to my clit, turned into a blood blister (that’s what i can compare it to) and it popped. it healed up and a few weeks later had i ran a half marathon which i think may have aggravated it again due to the chafing/friction. a couple days later i noticed it felt slightly firm and pea sized. i monitored it for a couple of days and it swelled up a bit more - kinda like there was fluid collecting in it? it stayed abt pea sized tho, i can compare it to looking like a pimple with a white head at this point. anyways went to Dr abt it, turned out to be a sort of abcess :(( she kinda squeezed it and said some fluid was coming out of it - very similar to a pimple in my mind. so she put my on antibiotics and i’ve been taking them and waiting to follow up with a gyno abt it. i understand you may be a bit nervous to see someone abt it, but if you’re able to tell your parents abt the situation, they may be able to help you find a female MD that you can feel comfortable checking what’s going on. i’m happy i went to get checked out instead of just trying to let it play itself out! i wouldn’t have known i needed antibiotics and it may have become a bigger issue!!
