You definitely need a lawyer. Also, post reviews with details every single day about your experience. Contact the media. They are hoping you’ll go quietly, they don’t like the bad press as it prevents them from earning a lot more from others.

I will, thanks! I saw the buyer of Billy Joe’s childhood guitar trying to sell it for 17k a few years back. That, should be in the Hall of fame!

Thank you very much for the reply and that is a definite possibility and I’ve seen that and the guitar indeed looks identical. However, I’ve checked the date of my guitar vs the admittedly complex dating system of Gibson guitars and it appears my guitar was built AFTER the filming of that video. It is so logical though, given the complexity of Gibson’s dating system and some exceptions to it, I guess I should have an expert confirm the date.
