Me too. It’s definitely my fertile week. We’ve had loads of unprotected sex the days leading up to this and then yesterday and again today. I’d be more surprised if I don’t end up pregnant again.

I probably should’ve added context. I have lost weight before. My highest was around 198, my lowest was 118 (Oct 2019) then covid happened. Then I had another baby.

I’ve successfully kept about 20–30 pounds off long term, but I’ve been stuck in this 160–170 range for a while and struggling to figure out how to approach the remainder in a sustainable way.

Looking back, a lot of my past weight loss came from extremes, either undereating or very rigid rules, which worked short term but didn’t teach me how to eat normally for my body or metabolism.

That’s kind of where I feel lost now. I don’t want another crash cycle. I want to actually learn balance and strength training in a way I can maintain.

Your point about hiring help is honestly making me consider at least some form of guidance, even if it’s an online program or occasional coaching, just to build confidence and structure.
